My name is Ian, I am a former Division 1 Collegiate Wrestler and current Crossfit Athlete. Through my career, I’ve found myself completing hundreds of workouts in hotel fitness centers. Knowing how many people struggle to do this, I want to share my knowledge with you so that you can lead a happier and healthier lifestyle no matter where you are in the world.
